Section 1

General Terms & EULA

These Terms of Service constitute an End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Alamix LLC ("Alamix", "we", "us"). By installing, accessing, or using applications or services published by Alamix LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Permitted Use & License

Alamix LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the software strictly in accordance with these terms and applicable app store distribution agreements.

Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property in the software, visual design, interfaces, logos, and underlying code remain the exclusive property of Alamix LLC and its licensors. Educational and institutional content provided by partner school districts remains the property of the respective districts or authors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alamix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the software.

Section 2

Code of Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

To maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment, all users must abide by our zero-tolerance standard for abusive behavior in accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 1.2.

Prohibited Content

Users may not post, upload, transmit, or share content that is:

• Defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or sexually explicit.
• Harassing, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or promoting hate speech.
• Encouraging illegal conduct, self-harm, cyberbullying, or violence.
• Fraudulent, impersonating other students or staff, or infringing intellectual property.

Enforcement & Immediate Termination

Alamix LLC and authorized school administrative staff retain the absolute right to review user-generated content, immediately remove objectionable material, and suspend or permanently terminate offending accounts without prior notice. Instances of severe misconduct or safety threats will be reported immediately to school administration and appropriate authorities.

Users can flag or report objectionable content and abusive behavior directly within the app or by emailing support@alamix.org. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours by removing objectionable content and ejecting the user who provided the offending material.

Schedule A — Career Academy (SCCA) Rules

The following institutional rules apply specifically to the Sioux City Career Academy mobile application and its partner programs.

Moderation & Verification Workflow

All student story submissions, showcase posts, Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) updates, and public announcements enter a moderated verification queue prior to publication. Content must be reviewed and approved by faculty advisors or designated school administrators before it becomes visible across the app.

Institutional Access Codes

Access codes (including campus onboarding codes, intern program codes, and CTSO chapter invitations) are restricted, non-transferable institutional credentials. Users may not share codes publicly, publish them on social media, or automate registration attempts. Compromised codes will be revoked immediately.

DMCA & Takedown Notices

Alamix LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied in a manner that constitutes infringement, send a formal notice with identifying details to support@alamix.org.
